That's ok...

Sometimes life can be so demanding, so cruel that we don´t have time to take care of ourselves. At least 10 minutes per day should be spent relaxing our mind and finding out the most wonderful thing that happened during the day - even if it was terrible (the day, of course)!! As soon as you find it out, that smile will take you to sweet dreams and a most positive attitude towards life!
Still, if you can´t find anything gracious that happened to you, don´t give up... Just think about one thing that you would like to have, someone who you would like to be with and some of the clouds will leave you for some moments...
P.S. - If the information above doesn't suit you, get some pills and go to sleep earlier!! You still have to work tomorrow!!!
